Before pursuing his professional career in management consulting, Roland has been working with one of the world’s leading providers of international freight forwarding and logistics services in different countries and in various management and top management positions.

In his academic career, Roland earned a Wirtschaftsassistent (Berufsakademie) degree and a Diplom-Betriebswirt (Berufsakademie) degree, similar to a government-certified bachelors- and masters-level degree in business administration, in the subject area of freight forwarding and logistics from the Berufsakademie Mannheim in Germany - University of Cooperative Education. He also holds an AdA-Certificate, an official German trainer proficiency certificate.
